Product Description
This unit is specifically engineered for machining environments with solid–liquid mixed contaminants, enabling simultaneous suction and filtration of various liquids, coolants, cutting oils, and metal chips (iron, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.). It is ideal for routine maintenance and sump cleaning of CNC machining centers, lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and EDM systems. The high-performance power unit delivers stable negative pressure, combined with liquid/foam-resistant filters and float-level protection to prevent oil mist and foam from entering the motor. Optional discharge systems and independent drainage pumps with level sensors are available, enabling fully automated operation with simultaneous liquid discharge and suction, significantly accelerating solid–liquid separation and recovery. The large-capacity removable collection tank with inspection window simplifies cleaning, reduces maintenance frequency, extends coolant service life, and improves overall productivity.
