Product Description

Suitable for exhaust gas treatment in a wide range of industries, including soldering furnaces, acid pickling, etching, electroplating, spray painting, rubber etching, plastics, chemical plants, food factories, and machining facilities.

Product Features

  • Exhaust gas is drawn through the collection system into the scrubber tower, where it undergoes triple-stage washing via water curtains and packed media spray, followed by demisting (gas-liquid separation) before discharge.
  • Equipped with a silencer to effectively reduce noise pollution.
  • Filters are washable and reusable, reducing maintenance costs.
  • Main housing constructed from durable SUS 304 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
  • The system provides high-temperature exhaust gas cooling, suitable for various high-temperature dust and exhaust gas applications.
  • Applicable to multiple industries including soldering furnaces, acid pickling, corrosion processes, electroplating, etching, rubber, plastics, chemical, food, and machining industries.
