When the dust collector stops, dust removing device starts for automatically removing dusts on the filter element. This effectively, prevents the filter element from jamming while extending the service life of the filter element. |

Check if your power voltage complies with that of the dust collector or not. In case of over-current or lack of phase running, the magnetic switch will automatically shut off power to protect motor.

Connect air hose of air compressor to the dust blowing device. A quick connector should be used.
|
• |
Once power wires have been connected, check to see if the air blower (motor) running direction is correct or not.
|
• |
Do not place any object at the air outlet port. This may prevent it from dropping into the blower, causing damage to the blower.
|
• |
Do not place your hands into the air inlet and outlet ports to avoid danger.
|
• |
When cleaning the dust collection tank, be sure to stop the dust collector, then pull up the buckles and pull out the tank for cleaning. Perform proper cleaning according to dust amount.

When fitting the dust collection tank, align it's position correctly, then fasten all buckles.
|
• |
When pressure reaches 450mmAq, turn off motor, then pressing the dust removing start switch for about 3-5 minutes.
|

In case the air pressure at air inlet port decreases to 500mmAq, stop the dust collector for replacing the filter element.

When the dust collector stops, starting dust removing device for automatically removing dusts existed on the filter element. To clean the filter element, first using automatic rotation principle to remove dusts, then using air pressure to blow off the tiny powder on the filter element. This will prevent the filter element from jamming while extending it's service life.

The interior of dust collector automatically creates a sieving air flow effect, which will enable graphite powder or fiber etc. to drop into the dust collection tank due to centrifugal force. This prevents the filter element from bumping by any object, and extends the service life of filter element.
