CS-350 AUTOMATIC POWDER VACUUM SUCTION MACHINE

•	Any powder or granules, Automatic suction、 Unloading. Custom design for delivery capacity and storing capacity are available.
•	Maximum safety. The machine does not generate high temperature suitable for delivering various materials. Ideal for 24 hours running.

●	The powder or plastic grits to be filtered are sucked through the inlet port, then they fall into material storage tank. The materials fall into the destination (Vibrating sieving machine or jumbo bag) through the unloading valve. The filter core, mounted in the filtering tank, can filtrate fine powder. The control box may control the pulsating time (Automatic reversely pulsating time). Depending on the operator’s requirement, the unloading valve can be selected at machine stop then unloading or continuous unloading without stop.
●	Do not place any object at the air outlet port, because it may drop into the sound buffering pipe, resulting in a damage on the blower.
●	When pressure reaches 800mm Aq, stop the machine, open the top cover for cleaning the filter-core. Apply an air gun for cleaning or use water cleaning (Dry it after water cleaning). If the filter-core is seriously dirtied, this may affect filtering effect. At this time, you need to replace with a new one.
●	When changing material, if the material cannot be mixed, you need to remove the filter core for replacing with a new one. To clean the material storage tank, simply pull out the connector located at the center of the filtering tank and the material storage tank.
